AGV Ti Tech Helmet

The agv ti tech helmet will really impress motorcycle riders. At first glance, what you will immediately notice are the titanium vents, which look better than the clear plastic alternatives. Another eye-catching detail is the metal mesh vent on the chin and helmet. This AGV gear simply reflects all the traditional attention to detail and aesthetic quality of Italian products.

The construction of the AGV Ti tech helmet is outstanding. This model is designed to protect racers especially in wind tunnels. It uses an internal counter shell of Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) to improve the protective qualities of the helmet. The liner integrates AGV’s Double Vented EPS system to enhance ventilation. It is mainly two layers of EPS within the helmet with various densities incorporating channels for airflow. The shell works together with the titanium vent covers as they are built into the shell of the helmet, unlike in other helmets where they are just glued on.

For cool air to get in, there are two adjustable forehead vents and four large exhaust vents at the rear part to draw hot, stale air out. This allows more cool air through the front of the helmet. To prevent fogging, there is a hip new nose guard that works with the metal mesh screens on the nose of the AGV Ti tech helmet that keep warm and moist breath away from the visor.

The AGV Ti tech helmet has what AVG calls Super Light Shell (SSL), which uses the traditional Aramid fibers. These fiber types are a class of heat-resistant and strong synthetic fibers used in aerospace and military applications as substitute for asbestos. The Aramid is combined with fiberglass that makes the shell strong and flexible with less weight.

On the inner part of the helmet, there is a standard Coolmax liner found in most helmets these days, which is fully removable. The visor is the kind AGV has been using for years: a side-pod-less system that enables tool-less removal of the visor with minimal effort.

In terms of noise, the AGV Ti tech helmet is one of the quietest in the market. The reason for this is the smaller size of the pockets for the ears compared to most helmets. Smaller pockets result in soft liner materials that create an extra seal from outside noise.

Choose a helmet that will not only look good on you but get something that will fit you well and comfortably. The Coolmax liner of the AGV Ti tech helmet is also for extra comfort. Since it’s a helmet designed for racing, it has a very stable fit, staying on the head particularly well. This is very important during windy conditions on the street, as well as racetrack triple-digit speeds.
